Well, first of all, you need to change your relationship with your money, turning your negativity into POSITIVITY, placing your cash flow exactly where you want it to be.
At the moment, you might be thinking: "No way, I'm still young. I can think about money later." But no, you're not too young. It's best to start now and build a good money mindset!
Hey, you are probably thinking that you already feel positive about money. Who doesn't want more money?
The truth is that we all have some unhealthy issues concerning money - we just aren't always aware of those issues!
1. Change the way you look at money
Once you are aware of the way you look at money you can make the choice to change it around to the positive and get you going towards the riches you deserve.
Take a look at these so-called 'money beliefs'. Think about them. Do you hear them said often? A family member perhaps? Do you even say them yourself?
2. Take Control
You need to know that now YOU are at the steering wheel of your life. You create every moment in your life, especially your 'money' life. If you don't believe this, then you may believe that you have little or no control over your life and that financial success has nothing to do with you. This is really negative!! Instead of taking responsibility for what's going on in your life, you are choosing to play the role of the victim. Of course, any victim's thought process includes thinking things like "poor me" and "oh why me". The problem is, thinking like that gets you nowhere, and before you know it that’s exactly what you’ll be:
A poor you!
3. Stop Blaming!
4. Don't be so pessimistic!
5. Count your Blessings
It's also really important for you to see the blessings that are around you right now, even thought they may seem very small. Each of us living in countries like New Zealand is actually already rich compared to other parts of the world. We have so many things that they don't have and that are available to us: roads, town/cities, stores, libraries, swimming pools, parks, arenas etc.
If you see yourself having abundance right now then you can go on towards getting abundance of money as well. Some people used to think that becoming wealthy was only for other people. The truth is that ANYONE can become rich !
I highly recommend that you read the book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' by Rovert Kiyosaki. This book has heaps of really good advice about becoming financially free and using good techniques to help you put money into your pockets rather than out of it.
